Relaxation is very important in managing stress. The problem is as we are now mainly a sit down society who spends time and no longer run around hunting animals or gathering food.

I love a good massage! With the mind and body connection, when we feel stressed emotionally it has a direct impact on our body ? are muscles do suffer the consequences of stress!
