Are You Doing Your Arm Exercises Effectively?

Performing arm exercises for women the right way does not involve staying within your comfort zone. Yet most women do just that, they stay in their comfort zone when trying to get rid of flabby arms. They simply grab a weight, go through the motions and expect to see life changing results.

But I'm going to make sure you don't get stuck with the ineffective way. I am going to make sure you don't fall into a flabby arm rut. Because nothing is more demoralizing.

So how do you take arm exercises for women to the next level? With intensity, that's how you take you arm toning to the next level. This may sound overused, but perhaps you don't know how to increase the intensity of your arm workouts. And this is where most women fail.

Thus, here are 4 techniques for taking arm exercises for women to the next level:

1. Failure sets: A common tool used by bodybuilders, you do these as the last set of an exercise. Use a lighter weight that allows you to get in at least 20 repetitions and make sure you go to failure. This isn't easy by an stretch of the imagination, but it's very effective.

2. Combined sets: This one is a killer technique to use. But if you want toned arms, I suggest you do them. Set up your workout area so that you can do two arm exercises in a row. Then do one exercise immediately after the other without any rest in between.

3. Curls with a frozen posture: To do this, you should lean against something like a wall or similar structure. Doing so, will prevent your body from bending and flexing when doing biceps curls-the number one issue with this exercise. And expect to use much less weight when doing these.

4. Squeezing towards the end of a triceps extension: You have to work your triceps because that is where the jiggly arm fat resides. But don't waste your time going through the motions. Squeezing towards the end of your triceps exercises will make them extremely effective. The difference will be like night and day. Now I'll be honest here, it will be painful, but super effective.

So are you going to do your arm exercises for women the easy way or the hard way? I hope you choose the hard way, because that is how you are going to get results. Anything less, and you are wasting time. If you are really serious about making a change, your success will be directly proportional to how much intensity you put forth.

Just make sure you start implementing these techniques now and not later. Because later usually never comes!
