Body weight exercises are likely the best exercises you can do if your goal is to lose weight and get in the best shape possible. Push ups, sit ups, running or walking quickly up flights of stairs will do wonders for you physique.
Many people like to add in some endurance training once in a while, but you don't need do. Many are surprised when they realize just how big of an impact only a couple of minutes a day these exercises can have. All you need is a couple of minutes, and some floor space, and your good to go.
